York's 1st Annual 9/11 Stair Climb

Come join York's 1st Annual 9/11 Stair Climb presented by Crunch Fitness at WellSpan Park - home of the York Revolution Professional Baseball Club located at 5 Brooks Robinson Way, York PA 17401 on September 11th, 2023 from 3pm-7pm. Starting at 3pm we will have registration, followed by an opening ceremony to remember our fallen firefighters of 9/11, an opening stretch presented by Crunch Fitness, speaker Jamie Lassner, then the climb begins. Each participant will receive a lanyard with a fallen heroes photo on it to wear during the climb to symbolically complete their heroic journey that day. Also, each participant will receive a take home item.

Funds go to Fuel Their Fire Scholarship Fund of York County Community Foundation which was born out of the tragic events of a building collapsing at the old Weaver Piano building in York City on March 22, 2018 in which Fire Fighters Ivan Flanscha and Zachary Anthony lost their lives. This Scholarship is awarded to 3 deserving people residing in York County, PA who are seeking an educational opportunity in the Emergency Services area.
